Taylor & Haus provides boutique short-term rental support and management coordination services throughout South Australia, offering a considered, hands-on approach to property presentation, guest experience, and operational care.
Services Provided
Taylor & Haus offers premium short-term rental support services including, but not limited to:
- Listing management and optimisation
- Dynamic pricing management or pricing recommendations, depending on the individual service agreement
- Guest communication support
- Cleaning coordination
- Maintenance coordination
- Property inspections and reporting
- Owner communication and operational oversight
Services may vary depending on the individual agreement established with each property owner.
Taylor & Haus acts as a service provider and coordinator for property owners and does not operate as a booking platform, accommodation provider, or licensed trust account holder.
Booking Platforms & Payments
Property bookings, guest payments, and payout processing are handled directly through third-party booking platforms or payment providers selected by the property owner.
Taylor & Haus does not hold guest funds, rental proceeds, or trust monies on behalf of owners.
Owners remain responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, payout systems, and policies of their selected booking platforms.
Owner Responsibilities
Property owners remain responsible for ensuring their property:
- Complies with all applicable South Australian laws and regulations
- Is safe, functional, and accurately represented
- Maintains active utilities and appropriate insurance
- Is suitable for short-term accommodation use
Owners must provide accurate property information and promptly disclose any issues that may affect guest experience, safety, or operations.
Fees & Invoicing
Service fees are outlined within each individual agreement between Taylor & Haus Pty Ltd and the property owner.
Additional third-party services, including cleaning, maintenance, photography, or contractor work, may incur separate charges where approved by the owner.
Taylor & Haus reserves the right to pause or discontinue services where invoices remain unpaid.
Guest Experience & Property Standards
Taylor & Haus is committed to maintaining a premium guest experience across all supported properties.
Owners acknowledge that maintaining presentation standards may require:
- Professional cleaning coordination
- Maintenance recommendations
- Styling or presentation improvements
- Temporary booking pauses where necessary
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services for properties that no longer align with our operational or presentation standards.
Conduct & Website Use
All branding, written content, logos, and original media created by Taylor & Haus Pty Ltd remain the intellectual property of Taylor & Haus unless otherwise stated.
Certain imagery used throughout this website may be sourced from licensed or royalty-free platforms and remains subject to the rights of their respective creators.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use website content without written permission.
We expect all interactions with our team, contractors, guests, and partners to remain respectful and professional.
Privacy & Data

Owners remain responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their property and operations.

Any disputes arising from services provided by Taylor & Haus shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
